If you live in another EEA country or Switzerland and work only in Norway, you can apply for confirmation that you are covered by Norwegian social security legislation and do not have to pay social security contributions in other countries.
If you work both in Norway and in one or more other countries, you must contact the social security office in your country of residence instead.
