1. Services provided
- Efremtid AS provides services electronically as described on its website.
- Each service has a description and conditions for delivery.
- For application-related services – the service covers drafting the application; we cannot guarantee a positive outcome or any associated payments.
- To use a service you must place an order and pay using the available payment methods. The service is carried out after payment is received.
- The client should have access to the documents and systems specified in the service description.
2. Contract conclusion and withdrawal
- The contract is concluded when the service is ordered on the website by pressing the order button.
- A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, subject to points 3 and 4. Withdrawal must be sent to info@efremtid.no including the details from the withdrawal template below. Any refund will be issued within 14 days of withdrawal.
- The consumer acknowledges that services are provided immediately after ordering and consents to performance beginning before the statutory withdrawal period expires (angrerettloven § 19). The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed (angrerettloven § 22 c.).
- If the contract is partially performed and the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the consumer is liable for the cost of the portion already delivered and any costs associated with the withdrawal (angrerettloven § 8 j.).
- Non-consumer clients do not have the right to withdraw after the contract is concluded.
3. Withdrawal statement template (angrerettskjema)

4. Complaints procedure
- Complaints should be sent to info@efremtid.no.
- Complaints will be handled within 14 days. More complex cases may take longer.
- Responses to complaints are sent electronically only.
5. Final provisions
- Services are provided in Norway and Norwegian law applies.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over Efremtid AS's registered office.
- Efremtid AS reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
