Closing a company
This service covers notifying the closure of a sole proprietorship in Norway. Full closure requires completing the actions set out in the regulations, which you will also find below.
Procedure for closing an ENK company
Below you will find the procedure for closing an ENK company (the bold items are those we carry out as part of this service; you can order the others from us separately):
- Notification of closure to the company register
- If applicable: notification of closure to the MVA register
- Reporting all necessary returns up to the end of the business activity: employees, MVA, etc.
- Ending employment relationships with employees
- Selling off, transferring to private assets, or liquidating the company’s fixed assets
- Filing the annual tax return within the standard deadline
