Extending sick pay (sykepenger)
If your health has not improved and your doctor has issued another sick note, you need to notify NAV again in order to continue receiving sykepenger. We help you through this process without unnecessary stress or delays.
1. What does the service include?
The service includes:
- sending your next sick note to NAV,
- translation of any letters or decisions received from the office,
- contact with NAV regarding the current extension procedure (up to 2 messages); further contacts regarding the case are charged separately.
NOTE: The decision on extending the benefit is made by NAV in Norway. The service only covers mediation between you and the office.
2. Required documents
To provide the service, we will need from you:
- the next sick note,
- BankID or buypass ID login (in the case of postal submission, we are not responsible for the dispatch).
