Recovering claims from a former employer
The service includes mediation in recovering outstanding claims. The mediation includes sending the relevant letters, and if the employer is insolvent – arranging payment from guarantee funds.
NOTE: The service includes only mediation between you, your former employer and the authorities. Ordering the service does not guarantee that the money will be recovered, but it will increase the chances of recovery through letters and further steps that we will provide.
