When you work in Norway or run a company here, it may happen that a contractor does not pay an invoice, or an employer does not pay your salary or feriepenger. Fortunately, these are not situations without a way out – you can effectively seek repayment of the amounts due within a set deadline, and if that does not work – take legal action.

What does the service include?
The service includes:
- telephone contact regarding the service
- preparation of a professional letter, in accordance with your instructions and Norwegian law
- additional letters in the case of recovering amounts owed from a former employer
- if the employer is insolvent – securing funds from the guarantee fund
- regular updates on the actions being taken
- help with problems in recovering the debt
NOTE: The service only covers mediation between you and the contractor/employer. Ordering the service does not guarantee that the money will be recovered, but it will increase the chances of recovery through the letters and further steps we provide.
