A daglig leder or company representative must be authorised to:
- Send and sign all declarations, reports and similar documents via the Altinn.no portal and Skatteetaten.no, at the explicit instruction of the contact person at the head office or under other agreements (e.g. with an accountant)
- Contact public authorities and respond to them on matters concerning the company, within the knowledge we have about the company, and to obtain the necessary information from the company's head office
