Business plan – company in Norway
A business plan is a document containing an analysis of your future company. It is often necessary to obtain a grant from NAV or Innovasjon Norge. We write business plans by carrying out various types of analysis and using our experience.
Content of the business plan
A business plan contains the information needed for third parties to analyse your company. Its contents are:
- Introduction – who is setting up the company, why, a short description of the company, company details
- How does the company intend to make money? – a description of customer acquisition methods, two-year business objectives, and information about the products and services offered, with justification of their uniqueness
- What products and services does the company intend to offer? – a detailed description of the products and services and the methods of delivering or producing them
- Who will buy these products and services? – what the target customer segment is – marketing analysis
- Customer acquisition methods – how the company intends to advertise or acquire customers
- Economics and budgeting – what the planned profit and loss account is, what the main costs are and what profits are expected
- Capital needs and financing – what external capital the company needs and how it intends to cover it
- Company organisation – what organisational form the company plans to adopt, who will be employed, who will hold key roles
- Initial plan – actions necessary in the initial phase of the company’s development
