Annual accounts for AS
If you run an AS company, we can help you prepare the annual accounts for it. The filing is mandatory every year. The standard deadline for submitting the return for the previous year is 31 May (however, we can extend it to 30 June).
Here you can order the annual accounts for an AS. We prepare accounts solely on the basis of the trial balance. If you do not have it, you must enter into an agreement for authorised accounting with Efirma Regnskap AS or start bookkeeping in the Efirma.no software.
Required documentation
We need:
- Login details for Altinn
- Trial balance from the accounting software for the year being reported
