Annual accounts (årsregnskap) for AS
All businesses subject to the obligation to submit årsregnskap must send it to Brreg no later than 31 July. This deadline cannot be extended. The obligation to submit applies even if the company has no activity. If the company misses the deadline, it may receive a penalty of 64 636 NOK.
This is the return required by 31.07 for all AS companies. It is in addition to the standard annual return.
