All companies subject to the obligation to submit an årsregnskap must send it to Brreg no later than July 31. This deadline cannot be extended. The obligation to submit applies even if the company is inactive. If the company fails to meet the deadline, it may receive a fine of NOK 64.
This settlement is required by July 31.07 for all AS companies. It is an addition to the standard annual settlement.
