Settlement of Polish PIT and PIT-ZG (for Polish residents)

When should you order this service?

Settlement of PIT-ZG is necessary if you are a resident of Poland, i.e. if you spent more than half a year in Poland (but not only). As part of the service, we settle PIT-ZG based on earnings from Norway. If you had earnings in Poland under an employment contract, mandate contract, etc., for which you received a PIT-11 - we will also include this in the settlement.

When you work in Norway, in addition to the Norwegian settlement, it is likely that you also have to settle in Poland - even if you do not work or stay there. This requirement applies to Polish tax residence, which you can have even though you work and permanently reside in Norway.

If you don't know your tax residence, you can check it first here (click).
