A few days ago I presented you the forecasts of the green countries, now they have been officially announced. The most important rules - green = no quarantine and tourists can enter from NOK, orange, red = quarantine and no tourist entry, dark red - the first part of the quarantine is additionally in the hotel.
⚠️ WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT A COUNTRY IS GREEN?
This means you can come from there to Norway without quarantine. Residents of this country can come to Norway as tourists or for any other purpose without entry restrictions. This means, above all, that you can freely go there on holiday. It is important that you stay in a green country for the last 10 days before crossing the border of Norway (the whole of Norway is ALWAYS considered green, regardless of the colors ECDC gives it).
⚠️ WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT A COUNTRY IS ORANGE OR RED?
This means that you can only enter from this country if you live in Norway or meet another exception. Additionally, you must undergo quarantine at your place of residence in Norway (10 days with the possibility of shortening after a negative test after the 7th day).
⚠️ WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT A COUNTRY IS DARK RED, PINK, GRAY?
The rules apply to arrivals from red countries, and you spend the first 3 days of quarantine in a hotel. After a negative test after 3 days of quarantine, you have the right to complete the rest of the quarantine at home. You complete the rest of the quarantine according to the rules as in the red countries.

List of all green countries from 19.07/XNUMX:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Vatican City, Hungary, Italy.
Orange and red countries - i.e. quarantine applies when returning from them:
Andorra, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Faroe Islands
Dark red countries and others (hotel quarantine applies for the first 3 days):
Cyprus, UK and outside the EU.

Sweden, Finland, Denmark are divided into regions.
Green regions in Sweden:
Blekinge, Jönköping, Kalmar, Kronoberg, Dalarna, Gotland, Gävleborg, Halland, Jämtland, Skåne, Stockholm, Södermanland, Uppsala, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Västmanland, Västra Götaland, Örebro, Östergötland.
Red:
Norrbotten, Värmland
Green regions in Denmark:
Southern
Red:
Hovedstaden, Sjælland, Midtjylland. Nordjylland
(i.e. the Denmark-Norway ferry from July 19.07 involves quarantine upon return from Poland!)
Green regions in Finland:

⚠️ GREEN ISLANDS
The following islands are green (this means that even if the country is red, you can return from the island without quarantine):
North Aegean Islands (Samos, Lesvos), Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily
Red or orange islands (this means that even if the country is green, you are subject to quarantine when returning from the island):
Azores, Balearic Islands (Majorca), Madeira, South Aegean Islands, Canary Islands (Tenerife), Crete, Ionian Islands (Corfu, Zakynthos)
⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Countries change colors to green once every two weeks (next change with effect from 2.08/26.07) and to red every week (next change with effect from XNUMX/XNUMX)
2. Analyzes are usually performed every Friday around 12.00:XNUMX
3. If a given country or region turns red during your stay there, you are subject to quarantine upon return.
4. Poland is still green - tourist entry to Norway from Poland is possible in a safe manner, e.g. by direct plane, with a stopover in green regions, by car using a ferry leaving from the green region (including: Poland->Sweden, Germany->Norway, Germany ->Sweden – all ferries). ATTENTION - the Denmark->Norway ferry from July 19.07 will involve quarantine and tourist entry will not be possible in this way.

6. You can leave Norway to any country or region (travel must be safe, e.g. by plane). If it is green upon return, you are not subject to quarantine, if it is red or other, you are subject to quarantine.
7. You are vaccinated or have had COVID in the last six months - there is no quarantine from any region. You need an EU certificate and you don't care about any of the colors mentioned above. You can also enter Norway as a tourist.
